Moldova Business Week 2026 opens at the Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Chișinău, with a formal inauguration and keynote speeches uniting key stakeholders from the local and international business communities. The opening program will showcase inspiring success stories from investors and exporters, underlining the real opportunities and competitive services the Republic of Moldova has to offer the EU and global markets. A highlight of this year’s opening is the strategic presentation of the 11th edition's three core pillars: European Economic Integration, Sectoral Investment Profiles, and Export of Services-setting the stage for a dynamic five-day agenda designed to facilitate B2B meetings, showcase regional development, and forge lasting economic partnerships.

The Moldova Logistics Forum (MLF) 2026 is organized specifically for the logistics market and its players, aiming to share information on business and investment opportunities in Moldova and to facilitate relations between the business community and local authorities.

Theme & Main Topics: The forum centers on Moldova's positioning as an emerging logistics gateway between the EU and Eastern markets, covering topics such as trade facilitation in the context of Moldova's EU accession, the future of logistics in South-Eastern Europe, investment in logistics infrastructure, and the opportunities and bottlenecks of establishing Moldova as a regional logistics hub.

What Participants Will Discover/Learn: Attendees will learn about the advantages and incentives available in the Republic of Moldova, along with details on taxes, infrastructure, and relocation opportunities. They will also gain insight into the country's economic overview, fiscal incentives, and trade and FDI statistics, as well as the structural challenges facing the sector — including fragmented infrastructure, limited intermodal connectivity, regulatory barriers, and digitalization gaps.

Main Activities & Presentations: The day includes an official opening ceremony themed "Moldova as the New Logistics Gateway Between the EU and Eastern Markets," followed by sessions on logistics and trade facilitation in Moldova's EU accession journey, the future of logistics in South-Eastern Europe, investing in logistics infrastructure, and Moldova as a regional logistics gateway (opportunities and bottlenecks). The forum concludes with closing remarks, followed by an evening wine tasting and networking reception. The event is organized by LogiHub, in partnership with Invest Moldova, German Cooperation (GIZ), and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

The purpose of this session is to provide participants with a practical understanding of how investment ecosystems operate in the Republic of Moldova through the firsthand experiences of foreign companies already established in the market. The program will explore sector-specific investment ecosystems, infrastructure, value chains, the regulatory environment, investment opportunities, workforce availability, and the key opportunities and challenges companies encounter while developing their businesses in Moldova. 

Participants will gain valuable insights into how different stakeholders within the same sector collaborate in practice and will develop a realistic understanding of the country's business and investment environment. 

The agenda will include site visits to the headquarters of FIA member companies, presentations by the host company, and interactive discussions with representatives of other FIA member companies operating within the same investment ecosystem.

The purpose of this session is to strengthen the confidence of potential investors by facilitating direct dialogue with established investors and creating opportunities for meaningful business connections. The discussion will focus on the investment climate in the Republic of Moldova, regulatory predictability, business expansion and reinvestment, infrastructure, digitalization, workforce availability, public-private dialogue, and the country's European integration process. The Moldova Export Forum: Services Beyond Borders brings together business leaders, policymakers, and institutional partners to explore the evolving landscape of Moldovan trade.  The event highlights strategic focuses on the service sector and international market opportunities presented by leading economic experts and bilateral chamber representatives. The forum also features the official Top 25 Exporters from Moldova awards ceremony and a dedicated networking session designed to foster high-value international partnerships.

The event aims to provide a strategic and practice-oriented platform for discussing the Republic of Moldova’s tax environment and the role of tax predictability in shaping investment decisions. As part of Moldova Business Week 2026, it will bring together policymakers, tax experts, investors, and business representatives to explore the key features of Moldova’s tax system relevant to international investment, the practical realities of entering and operating in the local market, the factors that foster investor confidence, and the ways in which taxation influences business structuring, capital allocation, and long-term investment decisions.

The programme will include a presentation on the evolving international tax landscape and the key tax considerations for investing in Moldova, followed by a panel discussion featuring investors who will share their practical experiences and perspectives. A fireside chat will examine tax certainty as a strategic investment signal and a key element of a competitive investment climate. The Study Visit organized as part of the Real Estate Forum 2026 offers participants a practical, on-site perspective on Moldova’s evolving real estate and industrial landscape. Designed as an interactive field experience, the visit will complement the forum’s discussions by showcasing concrete investment projects, infrastructure developments, and construction solutions.

Participants will explore key locations including modern real estate developments, industrial facilities, and strategic infrastructure such as the Ungheni Industrial Park and the Berești Multimodal Logistics Complex. The purpose of the event is to showcase the companies’ production and processing capacities, technological processes, quality and food safety standards, product ranges, and experience in local and international markets.

Participants will learn about the main stages of processing and packaging agri-food products, export requirements, quality control procedures, and potential cooperation opportunities in the agri-food sector. The programme will include company presentations, guided tours of the production facilities, product presentations, and Q&A sessions.

The 4th edition of Creative Capital for Growth & Investment brings together creative entrepreneurs, investors, public institutions, and international partners to explore the potential of Moldova’s creative industries as a driver of innovation, economic growth, and investment.

The event aims to promote and position Moldova’s creative industries by showcasing local talent, innovative businesses, and new opportunities, while connecting the creative sector with local and international partners to foster collaboration, investment, and sustainable growth.

This interactive workshop brings together Moldova's key investment support institutions: the Invest Moldova Agency, the e-Governance Agency (AGE), the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), and the Public Services Agency (ASP) to walk investors through the country's full support ecosystem, from company registration to long-term aftercare. Participants will learn how the One-Stop Shop model simplifies business registration and reduces bureaucracy, how digital government tools speed up interactions with public institutions, how to navigate the Investment Map and available aftercare services, and what financing and development tools ODA offers to entrepreneurs and investors. The session features short presentations from each institution followed by an open Q&A, giving investors direct access to the people and tools that can support their entry into and growth within the Moldovan market.

Discover the story of Chișinău through a guided walking tour that combines history, architecture, culture, and local identity. Designed for international delegates, this experience offers an engaging introduction to Moldova's capital while showcasing the country's rich heritage and contemporary spirit.

Over the course of approximately two hours, participants will explore the city's historic center, tracing its development from its first documentary attestation in 1436 to the vibrant capital it is today. Along the way, the tour highlights the architectural diversity, cultural landmarks, and public spaces that define Chișinău, while offering insights into the city's evolution, traditions, and role in modern Moldova.

The itinerary begins at Kilometer Zero and the Moldova Post Office, continuing to some of the capital's most iconic landmarks, including the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre, the Organ Hall, Chișinău City Hall, the Tourist Information Centre, the National Museum of Art of Moldova, the National Library, the National Museum of History of Moldova, the Ștefan cel Mare Public Garden and the Monument to Stephen the Great, the Maria Bieșu National Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova, and the Cathedral Complex of the Nativity of the Lord.

Throughout the tour, participants will gain a deeper understanding of Moldova's history, cultural heritage, and national identity while enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of the city. Ukraine's recovery is expected to become one of the largest reconstruction and investment efforts in Europe over the coming decade. Yet one of the key questions for international investors remains: what role can neighboring countries play in creating value throughout this process?

Earlier this year, AmCham Moldova, in partnership with Invest Moldova Agency, supported by Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) and United Nations Population Fund UNFPA, launched the study "Moldova as a Partner in Ukraine's Recovery" by Kyiv School of Economics.

The study identifies more than USD 590 million in investment opportunities across Ukraine's neighboring regions and demonstrates how Moldova can position itself as a regional platform for investment, manufacturing, logistics and business services supporting Ukraine's recovery.

Following its successful launch, AmCham Moldova will bring the study to an international audience as part of Moldova Business Week 2026, offering foreign investors, business delegations and development partners valuable insights into Moldova's competitive advantages and the practical opportunities arising from Ukraine's recovery.
