Elena Oleinic-Slivinschi is Deputy Director at the Moldovan Investment Agency. Her responsibilities cover two key areas of activity related to investment attraction and protection, and export promotion. Currently, she is the leader of a cross-border project focused on the wine industry from Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria, financed by the European Union. Elena accumulated 11 years of experience as civil servant in Moldovan state institutions. Previously, Elena worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Adviser to the Deputy-Prime Minister. She has also worked at the National Bank of Moldova as the head of crisis management and prevention unit, leading a team of young professionals. She holds a BA from University College London, a MSc from London School of Economics, and a Master degree from University of Oxford.
